"How to deal with Anger"

We all have anger at one point or other after the death of our most precious children, Pam Duke, a bereaved mother will be our presenter and will address this issue.

Meeting: We are planning on creating a scrapbook for our group. We are envisioning it as our own "family heirloom"! We want everyone to be a part of this special event so we are asking that you bring photos of your child to place in the album. They will be a permanent part of "our family's scrapbook" so bring copies of your favorite photos.

All other supplies will be provided. For any special requests please contact Tracey Horner, Hope & Faith's mother, cell 940-390-3931 or home 940-383-4789.

There are endless possibilites for each page so please come prepared to share your ideas and your child's memories with the group.

With everyone's input this should be an unforgettable evening and album!

Our topic is health issues in regards to grief. Sometimes after we have lost our most precious children, grandchildren, or siblings we are left to deal with not only the loss but also health problems from general aches and pains to being diagnosed with different diseases or conditions. We will have fellow bereaved parent, Brenda Hobbs, RN, head pediatric nurse at Denton Community Hospital, speak to us and help us understand what is going on with our bodies due to the grief and how to deal with this.
